All orders are sent via a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking ID link in your order confirmation e-mail. Use this to follow your order right to your doorstep.
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sent you a return form. Please tell us your order number, your name, and which items you wish to return. We’d also love to hear the reason for returning the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Package the unworn, unwashed item(s), securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ship the package to our return adress:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
